Import stylesheet

A.rar. = extract>>>> A.css

<apex:stylesheet value="{!URL($Resource.A,'A.css')"/>

It will work.
But if A.rar =extract>>>  A.B.C.CSS ,A.D.CSS

Code will not work.

In this condition A.zip will work
